I feel skeptical when I was reading the reviews online. Everyone is saying good words about this dealership which to me it is too good to be true from my past experience. However, after my personal experience in this dealership, I have to tell you that all those good words you read are the fact reflecting the employees. Shane Paiva are super nice and helpful to identify the car that best fit our needs. Shane and Kenny Tempro also make sure their great services don't stop after you've signed the contract which was my past experience from a VW dealership. Their great services continue until you have driven your dream car away. Oh, forgot to mention that they even went to the auction to retrieve my parking pass because I left it in the old car. No other dealership can beat this one. I truly recommend Toyota of Braintree to anyone who is still browsing around and struggling which dealership you should go first. We bought a 2018 Highlander XLE from Toyota of Braintree after reaching out to six dealerships over the internet. Eric Francke responded to our specs for a new SUV promptly and with a vehicle in stock we were looking for. He answered all our questions by e-mail and was patient and flexible with us in arranging an appointment to test drive the car. He also assisted in chasing now information and concerns we had and handed off much of the rest of the process to Joe Lawlor. Joe Lawlor was a gem! He took us out for a test drive after showing us how key features of the SUV worked. He patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. When we made our decision to buy the vehicle, Joe and Eric efficiently work through the paper work process, which was hassle free without any pressure whatsoever. I can tell you that price, full disclosure, honesty, integrity and no sense of pressure or a "sales job" being imposed on my wife or I were essential elements of why we followed thru and completed the purchase with Toyota of Braintree, rather than one of the other competitive internet offers we received. And finally, Joe Lawlor handled the process the very next morning after the commitment to purchase the car had been made. The dealer installed options were installed flawlessly and Joe Lawlor took the time to help us program key features on the Touch Screen Display as well as demonstrate other operating features of the vehicle. The SUV was carefully prepped to our satisfaction. And we could not have had any nicer or more competent and experienced car dealer employees than we had in this car buying experience.
