Toyota of Braintree and Joe Lawlor: Great experience. I was in the market for an SUV lease, and spoke with several dealers. Toyota of Braintree, and Joe Lawlor in particular were by far the best to deal I was in the market for an SUV lease, and spoke with several dealers. Toyota of Braintree, and Joe Lawlor in particular were by far the best to deal with. Joe didn't bring any anxiety into the transaction at all. He was straightforward but not aggressive, and really knew his product; I never once got the sense he didn't know what he was talking about. Most importantly, I didn't feel pushed into anything. Ultimately, I came out of the experience with a vehicle (RAV4) I think I'm really going to like. I was treated well. I live down the street from another Toyota dealership; Braintree is about 8 miles away. I'm still going to go back to Joe at Toyota of Braintree/ Highly recommended. More

Sold me a bad battery Had my battery replaced and was a defectitive battery. My car battery constantly died on me in the parking lot and i had to ask people to jump start m Had my battery replaced and was a defectitive battery. My car battery constantly died on me in the parking lot and i had to ask people to jump start my car. When i brought it in to the store to have the battery fix while still under warantee, the dealer says nothing wrong with it and brush me off numerous times. Once i replace it again at firestone my battery was good. Bad service at this dealership. You should stand by your product and cover your warantees. Would never buy a car in your store again. More
