I have owned seven Toyotas in my lifetime, and with my experiences at Braintree Toyota with their service department, I have come to appreciate the va I have owned seven Toyotas in my lifetime, and with my experiences at Braintree Toyota with their service department, I have come to appreciate the value in having factory certified technicians do the work. I got 230,000 miles and 8 years out of my last Highlander, and I attribute a large part of that because I always had Braintree Toyota service it. With that said, I also value the importance of having a good service writer take care of you. Some don't know what they are doing, so are always looking to build your repair order up higher. I have been very fortunate to repeatedly find service writers in Braintree Toyota that were hard-working, honest, and looked out for my money as if it was their own. Because of this mindset and dedication, I keep coming back and it has paid in spades for me. Kendol Huggins is the epitome of this mindset, and I highly recommend that you give him a call or stop by to have your Toyota (or any make) looked at for repairs. More

After purchasing my brand new Tacoma on a Saturday through Ed Hayes (good guy) , I came back on Monday for pick up, and wouldn’t you know there is a giant scratch going across the bed side flare. Luck through Ed Hayes (good guy) , I came back on Monday for pick up, and wouldn’t you know there is a giant scratch going across the bed side flare. Luckily I found it before leaving the lot, otherwise I would of owned it. Ed has no idea about it, apologized, and said they would replace it. Two weeks go by and the new part is finally in. Now I have to drive back to Braintree for a repair that shouldn’t even be necessary. I was told it would be about an hour to replace. I work As an auto body technician, so I understand an hour is a fair amount of time. Well it took them about 4 hours for the repair. I speak with Ed about being compensated for my time. I asked for 3 oil changes for future use. Seeing how this should of never of happened, no one owned up to the damage, etc. This is when Bob steps in, telling me, “so is an oil change gonna make you feel better?” As he writes down “owes one oil change” on a business card and hands it to me. I said I wanted 3, he tells me no. As if the money is coming out of his pocket? I don’t understand why he has turned this into a negotiation? They goofed and need to make it right. He tells me they just can’t be handing these out to everybody. Your right, you should only give them to people you accidentally screwed over. He insists stuff happens. Really? How often do you guys damage vehicles and hide it from the customers? At this point he keeps asking, “so are we happy with this or what?” I keep saying no and that this is unacceptable. He tells me that’s all he’s gonna do so I could take it or leave it. Furious at this point, I had to step walk away, knowing that all I can do now Is write my reviews and call Toyota and explain to them directly how condescending, smug, and arrogant Bob is. All because I asked to be compensated for their mess up. Trying to make me feel like I was the one in the wrong. More
