I recently just purchased a 2023 Tacoma TRD sport from Toyota of Braintree. Their website made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. With low inventories in all dealership lots, I was able Toyota of Braintree. Their website made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. With low inventories in all dealership lots, I was able to utilize the Toyota of Braintree website to find what I wanted in transit. Carlos A was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and truck. Putting down the deposit to hold it while the truck was in transit was seamless. Carlos kept me up to date with everything! Once the truck arrived Carlos notified me right away. Toyota of Braintree gave me the appropriate compensation for my trade in and the whole buying process was enjoyable. Carlos was great to deal with, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and really goes out of his way to make it enjoyable and gets you excited about your new vehicle. Once it came time to talk to finance, I worked with Fred. Fred, like Carlos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Fred was an absolute pleasure to work with, he took the time to go over every little detail. Carlos and Fred both went out of their way to actually get to know me as a person and not just a customer. Both were reliable resources on a recent service visit, as Jethro orchestrated the analysis of the issue with my 2011 Highlander and Gerry offered information on new vehicle options if I decided aganst the recommended work. He even pulled in Eric as another trusted advisor to help me understand all of my options. I am completely satisfied and feel like the Tufankjian team had my back, especially these three guys.
