In 2012 I bought my new Prius from Toyota of Braintree and I loved it for 11 years. It only ever required regular maintenance and I always got 50+ mpg. Recently I decided I wanted a new hybrid with a higher profile, so, of course, I returned to the dealership that had sold me my favorite car ever! Sam Zaidan was so knowledgeable and helpful as I checked out the Rav4. He had me test drive the hybrid model the day I met him and I put my order in for one within days. Eric and Lenny managed our purchase really well. My wife had to drive for 1.5 hours with our kids to get there but Eric promised us to hold the car till we got there.
