He offered us a Renta car so we would not be stuck at the dealership all day long. He notified us when our vehicles were ready. We got a text with the video showing and explaining what the mechanics did. John then followed up with a call to let us know our cars were ready. Our cars were washed and ready to go when we got there. This service team is amazing and that is why we are Toyota customers for life. More
