Excellent experience at Boerne Toyota! We originally came in looking at a RAV4 and ended up driving away in a Highlander — and a huge part of that was because of our salesman, Julian Pena. We spoke with Julian the night before and were very upfront about what we wanted. We told him we wanted to keep our financing through Toyota Financial and didn’t want false promises or games — just honesty and straightforward communication. Julian delivered exactly that and more. From start to finish, Julian was professional, honest, respectful, and transparent. He laid out every option clearly, answered every question, and never once made us feel pressured. In a process that can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, Julian made the experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Honesty and professionalism should be the standard in car sales, and Julian absolutely exceeded our expectations.
