I went to have my car service approaching my 30000 miles maintenance. My service manager Mohammed (Bay Ridge dealer) was very respectful and went over in details what will be done today. Visited dealership 2 weeks ago. Had worst experience and waisted my time. Everything was great and friendly over the phone. Script talking, not listening, waiting, waiting, waiting and crazy price. He actually brought to me printout with price where printed price was crossed out by hand and written +$5000. I wouldn't write this review just for crazy price. The whole experience was aweful. I think that you have to take your staff for training in NJ Toyta dealrships where I was able to negotiate over the phone and email and friendly and no hassle buying. Totaly different experience.
