A humiliating experience. Took my car for a year warranty check out, which seems easy. Then, I was told to pay extra for some stuff. One of them was rightly so, the others were purely pushed in contradiction to the manufacturer. What is the humiliating experience? Over five hours waiting. Three after being treated by Ezequiel like an idiot for not understanding mechanics. Of those three hours one hour waiting for the ticket to pay the bill so I can leave. I often hear stories of people taking cars to the dealership and how expensive it can be. I never expected to be treated this way. Waiting an hour to pay still feels as if I was bullied and was overcharged for it. More
