I was greeted signed a couple forms and answered questions for about 15 minutes. Then plunked in a chair “fince will be right with you”” remember...I am paying cash. I was made to wait 45 mins. then, I left I am contacted by Matt then, Al who try to create narrative that I disrespected ppl who were ahead of me by leaving and thatI am entitled expect special attn. . :-0 More

Elderly Abuse 4 hours with 4 different sales or finance people wore us down. They had us so confused and had taken our $9,000 up front and keep showing us the cha 4 hours with 4 different sales or finance people wore us down. They had us so confused and had taken our $9,000 up front and keep showing us the changes on their computer. Got home with vehicle and printed the papers they had put on a jump drive. I called the next morning about the paperwork I had printed and saw they were using "processing fees" for the add on items that were not on the sticker price. No one called us back, so we went down there with my son in law. He got them to knock off some of the "processing fees" and made a new contract since they would not give us our $9,000 back. Eric Rosenman threaten us with tearing the new contract up if we gave a bad review (we have that on tape). With us making our first payment I don't believe he can do that now. So, a $32,000 + TT&L internet price that Matt Sportini gave us turned into much much more. Please don't go there. They are a bunch of crooks. Like Eric Rosenman said everyone uses "processing fees", I say crooks use it to trick old people, AND we still don't have our owner's manual which was not in the new vehicle. They promised they would mail it to us. More
Just terrible, save yourself the headache and don't go Salesman shows you the car, you drive the car, then the finance guy comes over eventually with his "breakdown" it's 100% MSRP with none of the incenti Salesman shows you the car, you drive the car, then the finance guy comes over eventually with his "breakdown" it's 100% MSRP with none of the incentives on it, a 6.99% interest rate even though they haven't ran credit (which is excellent) they add on $5000 in "dealer options" which are all imaginary "protections" you'll never use and tell you it's the delivery fee and title paperwork fee though the destination fee is already included in the sticker price. We haven't even added tax yet because that'll come AFTER you agree on a price then if you sit down to buy the car and sign paperwork they'll automatically add additional warranties and fees that weren't negotiated or even discussed prior to the paperwork being printed off. If you want to pay more than full price for a car and add in $10000 in extra options that add zero value to the car making you upside down for the 84 months they'll try and finance it for to make the payment look better this is your place. More

I want to say the product salesman, Austin, at Toyota of Alvin did an excellent job helping us to buy a used car. He was ready with the car when we arrived since we called ahead to see the vehicle. Just received a used car I bought from out of state. I worked with Al Ruiz as the sales guy, and it took basically two calls to agree to a sales price (me calling in an offer, and him reasonably counterin worked with Al Ruiz as the sales guy, and it took basically two calls to agree to a sales price (me calling in an offer, and him reasonably countering). I had 4 dealers at the time I was trying to buy from similar car and they would basically laugh at my offers, not even considering (bs about reasonable price already). No pressure during the sale from Al, only courtesy and respect from him. I have not come across a single salesperson in my car buying history who was as nice as he was. I might (no, i WAS) probably more rude to him due to the history of the typical salesperson one thinks of, and Al is far from it. Big thanks to him and his management for working on the sale. Even shipping department was quick to follow up once the car was in my driveway to make sure it was to my satisfaction. This remote buying could have been a horrible experience, but i was as happy as a kid when it arrived yesterday. Cheers Al! PS: in typical fashion, 3 of those dealers have contacted me in the last three days wanting to negotiate... Too late buddy... More
The only way they get a 1.8 average is with fake reviews I could repeat all the things everyone else says about what con men these people are, but I won't bother. This is the worst place, and the most dishonest people I have ever been to and tried to buy a car from. When they were under the previous owners, it was a good place, but not anymore. More
