Working with Keating Toyota in purchasing my new vehicle was significantly easier than with other dealerships. Jim and Cody were phenomenal, from the very beginning they answered all my questions without re was significantly easier than with other dealerships. Jim and Cody were phenomenal, from the very beginning they answered all my questions without reservations, were honest, respectful, professional and also very cordial. They treated me very well, and my waiting time at the dealer felt very short. I overall had a very positive experience with Keating Toyota and I do anticipate going back for maintenance and other services. Big thumbs up. More
TERRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP! !! I bought a car from Katering Toyota dealership. At the time of sale I asked the sales guy if the car had any damage and he said no! The only th !! The only thing he said was wrong was a crack on the lower front bumper so I said ok I’ll take it!! he even said if there is anything wrong bring it back and we will take care of it. The next day while driving I heard a noise so I took it back to the dealership for them to check the car, they said no problem we will check it out and fix it for you, they call me few day later and said your car is ready! I went to pick it up and the noise was still there, I came back and told them the Noise was still there. found out that the suspension on the left side was damaged!! and they were never honest about it. I went back the next day and then they promised to fix the problem, They call me again to pick it up and when I got there they blamed the damage on me and they didn’t fix it! It Wasn’t even 12 hours that I had the car. I took the car back in the same conditions I bought it from them but just hrs later with the same tire and wheel with no signs of any damage. I ask them to fix the car and expected them to do the right thing. I ask to talk to a manager, so finally after many attempts I was able to speak with the General Sales Manager Mike to explain the situation, I explained him they sold me a damage car and obviously they missed it during the inspection and the car had a hiding damage that no one caught and obviously the previous owner did it because the front tire needed to be removed to see the damage, so he said he was going to look in to it so I left the car there one more time. I waited few weeks for a response hopping they were going to fix the car but they never called me or communicate with me. The communication was extremely poor, i had to text and call them serval times before they even answer the phone I was very surprised that a Manager of the Toyota store never took the time to initiate one phone call. Finally he passed the ball to another Manager JD and he call to say sorry we are not doing anything, so I went back to the dealership and they said there was nothing they could do about it, not even offer something to try fix the problem, like we pay for parts you pay for labor or we pay half and you pay the other half, I mean noting zero nada!!! now, I’m going to have to pay extra to fix the car after I paid full price for a broken car and the money is not the issue is the principal of them not even offering to help on any way and they completely denied to fix a damage car!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Their customer service is horrible, they aren’t honest, they will screw you and take your money, stay away from here! There are many other good car dealerships you can spend your money and receive a good car and a buying experience instead of this one. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! If you want good customer service DON'T sign with Keating. Good customer service upfront but once you're approved and sign the dotted line, you'll get the RUN AROUND on everything. When you bring to multiple managers attention, they will act like they are taking care of but when you call back to follow-up they are very condescending and act like they were not aware of the situation at all. And they will blame Covid on their horrible customer service. I myself work in sales and we would NEVER treat our customers this way. And if you need your salesperson, they too will give the run around and not call you back. Keating will try and cover for them saying they've been out of the office sick - it's 2021 and everyone is on social media. So you may not want to say someone is out sick when Facebook and Snap Chat suggest you're not. I haven't had my car even a year yet and hate that I have to go back for maintenance at Keating. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. Of course, everyone is super friendly upon your arrival. However, once you purchase a vehicle, they don't care about you or anything they promised. Everyone will give you the run around and make excuses. When I bought the vehicle, I was supposed to get minor cosmetic issues on the exterior of my car fixed as it says in the contract. They gave me 30 days to do this and said they would call me the following week to schedule this appointment. I didn't hear back from them so I literally called at least once a week and a month has passed now. I never heard back from the salesmen, never bothered to contact me back. I finally got a hold of someone who "scheduled" me to come in at 7:00pm. First, they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me at that time. Second, I drove an hour to get there in a storm only for them to tell me they couldn't do it because my "car needed to be dry." Why did no one think to give me a phone call before I drove all the way up there!! I spoke to a "manager" who stated she would take really good care of me and call me back during the weekend but never did, of course! I called again today, Monday, and she had stepped out so I left a message. I still have not heard back to which I am not surprised. This whole process has been frustrating and annoying. If they didn't want to do this in the first place then they should have told me. I will never recommend anyone here and if I could take back my service, I would in a heartbeat. I am so over it all. DISHONEST & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
