Cassandra is the main reason I remain loyal to Toyota World of Newton and why my 2 Toyotas are close to topping 100,000 miles each. I am extremely grateful to Cassandra for keeping my husband and me safe. Where you purchase any vehicle is important, but to me, service is much more crucial. I am always greeted with friendly people with friendly smiles, even through their masks. These are the reasons why when its time, I will keep purchasing my vehicles from Toyota World of Newton. More

We brought our 2019 Avalon in for its 10,000 mile maintenance. We were behind a couple other cars and a friendly representative came out to meet us. She took our information and invited us to the waiting area. Toyota World of Newton is following Covid-19 safety measures. The waiting area, restrooms and showroom area were all super clean. Everyone was wearing masks. The service department is professional and performed the 10,000 mile maintenance in a timely manner. While we waited, we stopped in to say hello to John Mayo, our sales rep. As always, he was super friendly. He checked on a back ordered touch-up paint and the registration for our new Highlander which we have not received in months. John has been great keeping us informed regarding the registration documents for our Highlander which has been delayed due to covid. I have been going to Toyota World of Newton for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. More

our 4 runner was stuck in the driveway with a dead battery and is still under warranty. I tried to charge it but had no luck. I took the battery out and went to the service dept. and explained the iss battery and is still under warranty. I tried to charge it but had no luck. I took the battery out and went to the service dept. and explained the issue. The service rep told me they would charge the battery and then test it. About 45min later he came in to tell me the battery was defective and they were providing a new one at no charge. I thanked them for their responsiveness to my situation. I installed the new battery and all seems well. More
