We brought our 2019 Avalon in for its 10,000 mile maintenance. We were behind a couple other cars and a friendly representative came out to meet us. She took our information and invited us to the w maintenance. We were behind a couple other cars and a friendly representative came out to meet us. She took our information and invited us to the waiting area. Toyota World of Newton is following Covid-19 safety measures. The waiting area, restrooms and showroom area were all super clean. Everyone was wearing masks. The service department is professional and performed the 10,000 mile maintenance in a timely manner. While we waited, we stopped in to say hello to John Mayo, our sales rep. As always, he was super friendly. He checked on a back ordered touch-up paint and the registration for our new Highlander which we have not received in months. John has been great keeping us informed regarding the registration documents for our Highlander which has been delayed due to covid. I have been going to Toyota World of Newton for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. More
