I had an oil leak checked by tech. It was coolant lines to/from transmission & power steering. Original lines for my 2005 Toyota 4runner. Was given ride home by staff member since vehicle had to stay overn to/from transmission & power steering. Original lines for my 2005 Toyota 4runner. Shocked that cost was just over 2 grand but requested and received a discount from sales coupons I received. I trust technicians at Toyota World to do a professional job. I saw Tacoma that was listed on FB and called the dealership to see if it was still on the lot. I was it was so I went to the dealership right away. While looking at the truck salesperson Doug told dealership to see if it was still on the lot. I was it was so I went to the dealership right away. While looking at the truck salesperson Doug told me that their sister dealership was on their way to take the truck to another location. It would have been real easy for Doug to say the truck is no longer available, but instead he said if I wanted it I should act fast. Doug threw a price at me and I said the listed price on the FB ad was less then he quoted me. Doug made good on the ad price and I bought the truck right away, good for me, not so good for the other dealership...... Thanks Doug..!! More
