It's been several years since I purchased a car. I hate the negotiation process and generally don't like to spend a lot of money for a car. I did a lot of research including using the Consumer Reports web the negotiation process and generally don't like to spend a lot of money for a car. I did a lot of research including using the Consumer Reports website (well worth the 30$ a year investment) and finally made a decision on a Rav4, I went to Muller because they had the model I wanted at a price significantly lower than the Toyota dealers in my area. The buying experience was generally positive and I thought Bryan did an excellent job of understanding the type of buyer I was and what my financial limitations were. I'm very happy with the Rav 4 and have no complaints about the dealership. Kudos to Bryan, his professionalism and his "no pressure" salesmanship; I would buy from him again. More
The bottom line is that there will always be "Love" vs "Hate" stories when it comes to experiences with a dealership. Having said that....My last purchase, I went in knowing what I wanted and what the $$ numbers $$ should be. Anyone with a computer can do the research on the internet and shame on you if you don't. I dealt with Bryan Hubert in sales and I could not have been happier. This guy is a no Bull xxxx salesperson who never pulled any of the tricks most people experience from a salesperson. When and if I need to purchase again...he is the only one I will deal with! Totally professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with! I was treated with respect and felt that I received a fair deal. I have received several follow up calls to check on my satisfaction and this was AFTER the sale. Imagine that..... More
I have dealt with Muller Toyota since 1983. I have been treated respectfully and any time I had a problem after the purchase I was treated with dignity,caring and most of all fairly. I have recomended many friends, who all had the same experience. Car dealers get a bad rap and are treated with suspicion. You won't have that issue with Muller Toyota. They want your business and are professional. There expert mechanics are as competent as any I have ever used and I do a lot of mechanical work myself if I can and they often tell me how to do repairs if I ask, going as far as to print out schematics i and tell what tools I need. Recently I had a great experience at Muller Toyota in Clinton, NJ. I went to Muller because of Carl Signore who I had dealt with when he was with a previous Toyota dealer. Carl is now a Sales Manager at Clinton, NJ. I went to Muller because of Carl Signore who I had dealt with when he was with a previous Toyota dealer. Carl is now a Sales Manager at Muller. His friendly courteous manner and professionalism make dealing with him a joy. Carl introduced me to Bryan Hubert who I also dealt with while I was there and he was just as courteous and friendly. Both of them are “easy to do business with” and I will not hesitate to drive all the way to Clinton, NJ from Bethlehem, PA to do business with Muller Toyota. The staff goes out of their way to make a customer feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you Muller Toyota! More

I have been buying cars from the same Muller sales people for close to 20 years. That tells you something. This is not a highway corporate owned place. Muller wants you to be a customer for life and go about for close to 20 years. That tells you something. This is not a highway corporate owned place. Muller wants you to be a customer for life and go about making your overall experience pleasurable. They have always made me feel great as a customer. This continues right into their service area. Toyotas are great cars and despite the recent news, rarely have issues. The few times I had issues Muller Toyota took care of me professionally and quickly. More
I have a choice of 3 Toyota dealers in my area. Over the past 25 years, or so, I have bought my last 4 or 5 vehicles from Muller. They consistently give me the best price with the least hassle. A few months ago I went to the dealer closest to me (not Muller) and looked at the new trucks. The salesman was not sure of all the features of the new truck, but was sure pressuring me to buy one; he even brought over the sales manager to work me over. At Muller,the salesman Bryan Hubert, knew what he was talking about, presented the options in a reasoned way, and negotiated price as if we were adults. He did everything he could to make sure we understood what was happening and to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance person presented the options for additional service and insurances, but in a matter-of-fact way with no pressure or horror stories. It was a simple, straight forward transaction, and I think the final deal was fair and reasonable. I'll buy my next Toyota from Muller (again). More
Came in to look at at Toyota Rav. Spend alot of time looking over the Toyota Rav but did not like the wheel on the back of the car. The last time I brought my car in for an oil change they told my I needed new brakes. Listening to everyone else in the waiting room telling me to get a second opinion I elected to pass on the work. Having two kids in the car I worried about their safety so I drove to a local garage. They showed me the brakes and they said my brakes have about 20,000 miles left. I don't know what Muller was trying to pull but I wasn't the only one in there questioning the repairs. We bought three cars from them in the past and will never return. More
