They wanted 3 thousand dollars to repair a normal exhaust system on a 98 rav4.. Instead of replacing the whole thing as they said it needed, I had it repaired elsewhere for less than 10% of their quo exhaust system on a 98 rav4.. Their service department, which was the crown jewel of the dealership, which I happily used for over 25 years, is now regarded as their profit making center. I will not go there anymore nor buy any cars from them. More
I strongly recommend this dealer for Toyota seekers; I think they price their Toyotas right but this is not what I was there for.I was at the dealer looking at a used 2007 BMW X3. The guy was very professional and friendly but the car was way over priced. The manager increased the price of the car when I told him that this is the exact car that I wanted. I found it a very bad experience because we the sales guy found a mouse in the trunk of the car when he was showing it to me. No worries guys the mouse went deep into the car and they didn’t catch it before it went behind the wires. The mouse and his family were never harmed and I didn’t purchase the car. More
I live and work in Pennsylvania. Before visiting Muller, I had shopped at two Pennsylvania Toyota dealers. But, I had had a number of pleasant email exchanges with Muller's internet sales team and decided I had shopped at two Pennsylvania Toyota dealers. But, I had had a number of pleasant email exchanges with Muller's internet sales team and decided I would drive the 25 miles (from work) into New Jersey to see what Muller might be able to do for me. When I entered their showroom, I asked the receptionist if I could speak to Clay. A young man sitting nearby was the first to respond “I’ll go get him”. Clay then introduced me to this young man, Bryan Hubert. I sat with Bryan and he listened attentively about my experiences at the other Toyota dealerships. Bryan promised that I would have a much better experience at Muller. He was true to his word. Once we discussed exactly which Prius I wanted to test drive (Prius III), he was quick to have the test car ready to roll. Bryan let me drive the car for about 15-20 minutes, much longer than my previous two test drives (at the other dealerships). Once back in the showroom, Bryan worked up a deal for me. It wasn’t what I was looking for, but Bryan didn’t pressure me to buy. Instead, he brought out his sales manager, Carl Signore, who sat down with me and explained what Muller had to offer and asked me what they could do to close the deal. Carl, like Bryan, was not high pressure. Both were just trying to do their jobs – sell cars. Within a few moments, the three of us had come to an agreement and we shook hands on the deal. I was quite pleased. I have already told co-workers, family & friends about my experience with Bryan and Carl at Muller. They are kind, considerate, professional & very knowledgable; the kind of salespeople you want to deal with. I highly recommend visiting Muller and talking with Bryan and Carl, to experience their special brand of salesmanship. I know I will come back to Muller when I need another new car. Thanks, guys! I very highly recommend this dealership. Because of it's good reputation we had driven from out of state to come here, to purchase a new vehicle. The two gentlemen we had worked with - Carl Signore and Bryan Hubert were very professional, very knowledgeable and curteous. There was no sense of pressure, stress or pushiness. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was very friendly and calm. They listened to what we were looking for and were able to find exactly what we needed and the few extras we wanted. The whole process was surprisingly fast. No back and forth bickering or wasting time checking things in the back. They had all the facts right there for us. My wife and I were amazed by how different our experience had been at this dealership. We had bought three Toyotas in the past from two different dealerships and had never had this kind of positive treatment. We were extremely happy with the purchase, the service and the price. Again, highly recommended dealership and especially Carl's and Bryan's approach to a good salesmanship. We are very pleased and just feel very good about our purchase and the whole experience. More
Overall experience was great with Muller Toyota. I worked with Keith and Bob (Sales Manager). They were able to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I have requested for. I was leasing with Keith and Bob (Sales Manager). They were able to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I have requested for. I was leasing Toyota Highlander 2010. Keith and Bob did go to their manager to approve prices but it took them considerably less time then in a common dealership. There is a good feeling that they are not trying to "cheat" but to get a honest sale. This dealership is about 60 miles from my home, but it was worth the distance. Great experience - highly recommended! And BTW - I drove 60 miles back home on my new Toyota Highlander SE and it was a great pleasure too! More
Keith, a salesman, was very helpful in connecting my new Verizon cellphone with the Camry Bluethooth system. Muller had the truck I was looking for. Living in CT, I did not want to make more than one trip to purchase. Keith was very fair and honest on the phone, arriving on a price that was mutually agreeable. Wh did not want to make more than one trip to purchase. There were no surprises. As far as buying a car, this was a seemless transaction. When the time comes, I will give Keith at Muller an opportunity for another sale. More
My recent visit to Muller Toyota in Clinton N.J. was Excellent. I had previously purchased a vehicle there last year and since then my needs changed so i was in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted one of the sales people there that me and my family keep in contact with and his name is Keith Hicklin. I told him that i was in the market for something that would suit my needs and he had something i was looking for. Well after some negotiating we were able to make the trade-in from old to new vehicle without me having to look somewhere else. I would recommend this dealership to everyone i know, because they will go out of their way to help anyone feel like family and put them in a new or used vehicle so they can become part of their family. Muller Toyota is our dealership of choice because of its less pressured sales atmosphere. Also, and as indicated by the scoring, Bryan Hubert provided us with excellent customer service and is one the most less pressured sales atmosphere. This was my first new car purchase. Coming in not very knowledgable about car sales, both sales respresentatives that I worked with at Muller Toyota were very understanding. Even after several visits to the dealership,when I had time to relect and investigate the deal terms, I still felt like I was recieving a great price for the vehicle (a 2010 v6 SR5 4Runner). I would strongly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to look into Muller Toyota. At no point in time did I feel like I was being treated like a number. They were extremely personable and kind throughout the process, even when negotiating price. I felt that they were completely sincere and honest which made me that much more confident in my decision. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership. More
