After having negotiated for 2 days, the salesperson checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were complet checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were completely floored when we were informed the car had been sold! No explanation, no apology, just the line about ‘having a comparable model coming in soon.’ Incredibly poor service and lack of professionalism. Are all dealerships this untrustworthy? In all honesty, would not recommend Toyota World of Clinton to my worst foe and would highly recommend car seekers look elsewhere if they want proper service from a trustworthy dealership. More

Horrible experience. The salesperson was abusive -- standard model for every abusive relationship you've ever seen -- and the manager continued the abuse, but by neglect: The salesperson was abusive -- standard model for every abusive relationship you've ever seen -- and the manager continued the abuse, but by neglect: told me I could deal with him instead of the salesman, then wouldn't return a call. It took an hour for the salesman to agree to show me the sv records on the car from their own sv dept. Also the car itself: 4 tires didn't match, the car rode like it needed new tires, and even the service dept just looked at me and lied, denying the obvious dry rot. The whole company was shady as xxxx. More
