Very bad experience- wasted my time this morning and payed $200 bucks for nothing- I should have gone elsewhere. I called and set an appointment for trans fluid service. Upon arrival I was told I had t payed $200 bucks for nothing- I should have gone elsewhere. I called and set an appointment for trans fluid service. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay 200 to come up with a diagnosis which would be used towards service. The diagnosis was I needed a torque converter and drive belt. I passed on the torque converter but approved the belt I was then told the 200 diagnosis fee couldn’t go to the belt replacement. The whole experience was a bait and switch. Why would you let me make an appointment for a service and when I get there / tell me I had to pay 200 for your diagnosis. keep up the good work JM More

After having negotiated for 2 days, the salesperson checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were complet checking with the manager at each stage, agreeing a price, and setting an agreed upon time for payment details the following morning, we were completely floored when we were informed the car had been sold! No explanation, no apology, just the line about ‘having a comparable model coming in soon.’ Incredibly poor service and lack of professionalism. Are all dealerships this untrustworthy? In all honesty, would not recommend Toyota World of Clinton to my worst foe and would highly recommend car seekers look elsewhere if they want proper service from a trustworthy dealership. More
