Bob helped me decide which care I would like to purchase and gave me his honest opinion with every option I mentioned. After discussing which types of cars I was interested in, Bob informed me whenever a new car came into the dealership that I may like. After I decided I loved the Rav 4, both Bob and Paul Paula helped me find my car. After I reached out to Paul to tell him I liked two of the Rav 4s that were being sold at another location Lakewood Toyota works with, he informed me he would have BOTH of these cars brought to their location so that I could have a better look at the cars and see which one I liked better. Once I chose which car I would like to buy, Bob helped us get the best price for the car and working with him was very enjoyable/pleasant. Initially when purchasing my car, one of the keys was missing and to my surprise when I picked up my car the next day Bob had another key made for me so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting another key made. I highly recommend Lakewood Toyota and believe this dealership is the best in the area. More

I Love my SUV. I had gone to a diffreant Toyota dealer meet with not so nice dealer he seemed like he didnt want to spend time with me. An we did Im now leaseing a 2017 Toyota Highlander. The whole Toyota family is wonderful. I think Jim O'Brian is a great sales person he is very personable he works magic plus he cares . I have bought cars and SUV's before the dealers called once thats it . But Jim goes the extra mile he has called us 3 times to make sure that we are comfertable with the Highlander. I realy apreciate that. Also he is worried that my mom wont be able to get into the SUV so once I get her in I will call him from the parkway to let him know she is in an comfortable.
