Our Salesman Richie at Toyota World is the BEST! We went in for an oil change, talked to him and drove home with a new car! They’ve been our go to for service and new cars ever since we moved to NJ many years ago. Our recent experience was the absolute worst. We love Toyotas but something changed at this service dealership. since we moved to NJ many years ago. Our recent experience was the absolute worst. We love Toyotas but something changed at this service dealership. We said we would wait for the car’s regular service and we would be notified if anything unusual was needed. We waited in the large empty waiting room for two hours. The coffee machine was not working, the vending machines were empty. Most all of the regular people were not there anymore. The lights dimmed after sitting a while. We waited until a person called on our phone, we said we were in the waiting room. She said she thought we were somewhere else. She met with us telling us the Highlander needed significant additional service. Would we leave it until maybe Tuesday. That was unacceptable to us without an offer for a loner car for the weekend. We paid for the service completed and left. We are looking for another dealership that doesn’t give us the feeling that it is going out of business. More
