*My Experience at Toyota Vallejo* I visited Toyota Vallejo this morning 10/30/2024 for an oil change and tire rotation service for my 2004 Toyota Tundra. While enjoying my coffee in the lobby, I obser Vallejo this morning 10/30/2024 for an oil change and tire rotation service for my 2004 Toyota Tundra. While enjoying my coffee in the lobby, I observed two technicians working on my vehicle. One seemed confused, while the other was busy on his phone. As they finished, I noticed my truck being lowered and prepared for departure. Concerned, I asked the technician if he had performed the tire rotation. He apologized, admitting he hadn't done it, despite my explicitly requesting and paying for it. This isn't my first experience with such oversight at Toyota Vallejo. Couple months , I had a similar issue with my Toyota Camry service. I spoke with the service manager ( Michael Voss) who apologized and offered to waive the tire rotation charge. I insisted on paying but emphasized the need for improved quality control measures to prevent such mistakes. If I hadn't monitored the service from the lobby, would the job have been done? Customers pay for services expecting quality work. Neglecting tasks can be perceived as scam-like. To fellow customers, ensure you supervise your vehicle's service at Toyota Vallejo. My intention isn't to loose the job of the 2 technicians but to emphasize focus and accountability. Their routine tasks require attention, not rocket science. *Recommendations:* 1. Implement a checklist system. 2. Enforce no cellphone usage during work hours. More

This dealership advertised one thing and when you contact them they never have car in stock and have told me on 3 occasions that the car that shows up on your website is already pre sold. Look, I am not the type to write negative reviews because I like to try and be as understanding as possible. However, my experience with Vallejo Toyota has shown to be a case of extremely high unprofessional I like to try and be as understanding as possible. However, my experience with Vallejo Toyota has shown to be a case of extremely high unprofessionalism. Basically, I was told I was next in line to buy a new car if the original buyer was to back out of the deal. The buyer ended up backing out, and to my surprise, the car was put out on the floor and available to anybody on a first come first serve basis. Mind you, I live 2 hours away from this dealership, and instead of letting me know when the car was available, they told me last minute. Long story short, Mitch and Andrew were pulling my leg, and I was told misinformation over and over again. I can't tell you how many times I was called and told "come now and you can buy it", just to get on the road and told 10 minutes later, "oh sorry the car is sold". I hope other buyers don't have to deal with this kind of treatment. More
