We purchased our 2024 Toyota Prius Prime on January 6, 2024. It did not come with a seond key. The salesperson said it was forthcoming. When first following up we were told we would get a letter about the key status by March. That hasn't happeend. Texting with their service someoen said she woudl get back to us and never did. Woudl not trust these people, and if you get told youi get just 1 key, it's unlikely you'll get a second. Really poor service. More
