Over 2 hour wait for oil change The last 2 times I was there, the customer representative was friendly, but the service time was well over an hour. This past experience was the worst The last 2 times I was there, the customer representative was friendly, but the service time was well over an hour. This past experience was the worst in customer service. I had arrived 15 minutes early, prior to my appointment time and waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The representative assured me that I would be out of there in under an hour. After looking for my representative, waiting an addition 15 minutes on line, and asking for an update on the vehicle, he said it would take another 30 minutes, that they would get to it shortly. So in over 2 hours, I was never updated on my vehicle nor did they start the OIL CHANGE! I was already running late for work and requested to have my car back. There was no apology for the wait, nor any attempt to make up for the lost time and lack of service and I was told "You can go now" as my car came out speeding from the shop and into service area. More
