Wish I could give zero stars.Dishonest pricing. Saw a used car with a price online. Called to set up appt to see and asked what are additional fees - I was told just taxes, motor vehicle, and $595 deal used car with a price online. Called a second time to confirm.When we came, saw the car drove the car and sat on to discuss numbers. That is one things got strange a they asked me to sign a scrap of paper confirming that if we agree on the price I will take the car today. I did sign it. They then told us that there were additional almost $3000 in fees. Felipe claimed that the online price included a veteran discount, did not include certification fee car was listed as Toyota certified, $1900 in fees for inspections etc.… Completely dishonest - buyer beware- Waste of time to even visit this place. I will be filing a complaint with Toyota as well. More
We were there just this week to lease a new car, after my car (2013 Nissan Sentra with only 56K miles died, and Nissan wanted nothing to do with helping me / giving me a deal to replace it...). Greg was the manager that we spoke with in advance, and he was super helpful and informative over the phone, and set-up an appointment for us. When we arrived, they set us up with Luther, one of the Salesmen. He was SO nice, and really wanted to help us out. We loved working with him! Unfortunately the finance team wasn't as willing to work with us, and wouldn't give us a great deal, but ultimately we didn't have a choice as we didn't have a car. We were very disappointed that they wouldn't work with us in lowering the price a bit more. Luther tried his best for us! At the end, the finance guy was VERY inconsiderate of our time, and was a 'fast-talker' like those stereotypical car salesmen - his name was Jose. He made us wait close to an hour before meeting with us (they had already taken my old car away, and handed us the keys to the new car... I could have just driven away!). And once we met with him, he continued trying to sell us, and to increase our price, etc. After making us wait that long, it was SUPER disrespectful of our time. We tried to get out of there as fast as possible at that point. Overall, we were VERY happy with Greg and Luther and would give each of them a 5-Star rating! However the finance team, I would only rate a 2-Star (they weren't willing to negotiate, were not respectful of our time, and just kept trying to 'sell' us). Lastly, I would give the dealership overall a 2-Star - I know they're going through a renovation on the outside, but the inside was not clean / not organized, there was only one bottle of hand sanitizer on the front desk, and almost every single employee had their mask down or off (and were allowing customers to do so as well). We did not feel clean / safe. More

Purchased an off brand vehicle from here with my wife and from the start of it all we were being treated excellent from the salesperson Felix to the outstanding manager Orlando . The price was good and the buying experience went really well . No back and forth or waiting all day ! I’ve worked myself many years in a dealership so I see how sometimes the sales team can make customers walk out but here ! The vehicle I purchased had some cosmetic issues and lighting and the manager Orlando without hesitation took care of that for us with quality parts and a nice wash of the vehicle ! My family always gets their vehicles from this place . Thank you again for all the help and great car buying experience More

I asked Kate Barro in emails to send me the VIN and vehicle information but she didn't. When I arrive there they assigned another salesperson to me and told me that Kate Barro was not there. She actually just texted me a few minutes before I arrived. The manager still thinks this is a new vehicle and explained to me that's why Kate Barro gave me a $1500 discount. $1500 discount from MSRP for a "new" vehicle that has more than 16000 miles!!!!! Be aware of this strategy. Make sure you have all the detailed information before you go there. Because they consider a car that has more than 16000 miles as a NEW CAR!!! More
