I went in to look at a used car I saw online 2 days earlier and it was being delivered when I arrived (my fault I never called to check). Took my 2021 Highlander Platinum in for routine maintenance. Dropped it off at 7:45 am today and picked it up at 3:15 pm. When I got into the car the maintenance light was still on so had to go bac maintenance. Dropped it off at 7:45 am today and picked it up at 3:15 pm. When I got into the car the maintenance light was still on so had to go back inside and get a service tech. Then while driving home I realized that the old service oil sticker (from a dealer in PA) was still on the windshield and a new one had not been put on.
