After I looked for a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE on Toyota Universe's website, a woman named Janis Giambertone called me and said if I came in right now I co After I looked for a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE on Toyota Universe's website, a woman named Janis Giambertone called me and said if I came in right now I could drive a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid LE on the lot. So I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Janis was nowhere to be found, and a salesman who came after 10 minutes told me he had no RAV4 Hybrid LEs and wouldn't for weeks. He tried to interest me in a Prius. Then I remember that the EXACT SAME bait and switch happened to me at Toyota Universe in 2021. What an awful, dishonest business. John More
