We made a reservation last November 2021 for Toyota Sienna XLE. The agent told me to put a $500 down to secure the car as there is a car coming in 2 weeks, and guaranteed me that will be given within m Sienna XLE. After a month of waiting, i rang the agent which should be the one to let me know the car is there and told me they are not selling anything less than above $7,500 above msrp which they called adjusted market price due to chip shortage. Which cost like a Lexus instead of me buying a Toyota. I requested for my deposit back, and told me several times it is in process to their accounting. I had no patience going to dealer and just disputed to my credit card company. Stay Away from this Conny Dealership. More
