Mediocre, and amateur hour would be the best way to describe this dealership. They don't verify their deals over the phone and you have to come in just to find out they don't honor them. State AG, and consumer affairs really need to start cracking down on dealerships that take advantage of price gouging and practice fraudulent schemes. I wouldn't be surprised if this dealership has to pay a settlement within the foreseeable future. I also can't get in contact with the manager or my sales rep to get the $500 reservation deposit back. I already found a better vehicle with about 10k less than what T Universe had to offer and it's been nearly a month. I will be contacting the BBB, as well hire an auto dealer fraud lawyer to get my deposit back with interest. Enough is enough. More
