Was told by Jeff he could meet a deal I found on line and to come in . When I went in I was greeted by Jose a salesman he was a very nice man and when I told him the deal that was spoken about on the phone w to come in . When I went in I was greeted by Jose a salesman he was a very nice man and when I told him the deal that was spoken about on the phone with Jeff , he said he’d have to speak with his manager . The manager Isaiah came to me and said there is no way that deal could be made , Isaiah was very nice by the way . I relayed the deal from Jeff to Isaiah and he said he’d have to speak to Jeff about this . I left dealership and I’ll never return this is a horrible business tactic to get people in , horrible customer service by Jeff !! More

Used car bait and switch. Came in to see and test drive two cars seen online. Told these higher mileage used cars usually just get sold at auction and are sold as is anyway so May not be reliable - pressured into walking through barely used cars. Whole experience was gross.
