I can't believe how professional the sales guys at this dealership are. I met the sales person Fatao Alhassan when I walk in the show room and I was pleased to how he showed me around. Buyer BEWARE! I waited on writing this review to be as clear and concise as possible. I went to the dealership on November 11 to finance a pre-owned vehicle. Mind I waited on writing this review to be as clear and concise as possible. I went to the dealership on November 11 to finance a pre-owned vehicle. Mind you, this would be the 4th car I get from here. However, they ended up giving me a vehicle that wasn't even worth showing. The first red flag was the tire pressure light was on, but the salesman assured me he would put air in the tires for me. When I left the dealership, the very next day the same light was on again. I figured the salesman probably didn't fill it up enough. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I filled up the tire myself and by the next morning, I had practically a flat tire. I emailed and called the dealership and no one got back to me. Then, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and purchased new tires since obviously something was wrong with at least one of the tires. I took the car to get the tires changed and I had no wheel lock. I called the dealership and kept being put on hold. After telling off several people how I've had the car for a week and it has not been able to be driven, I was assured that they would send me a wheel lock. THEY DID NOT! Another expense out of my pocket. Two weeks later, the check engine light came. A thermostat sensor had to be changed. Again, another expense. Toyota Universe has no appreciation for loyalty or customers. I will not give them any more business and I hope no one else has to go through this crap. More

They purposely lowered the price to get people in the door and then raised it exponentially once you were there. Even if there was a honest error, they could’ve offered a discount to make up for their mi door and then raised it exponentially once you were there.
