I purchased preowned Lexus from Toyota universe in RT 46 NJ. the salesperson was very nice and accommodating but in order to close the deal the manager Tylor got involved and we've got a deal done. When we received the vehicle, we realize there's only 1 key so we called back spoke to the salesperson that told us that the manager will contact us however, after several attempts to reach Tylor the manager he never contacts back. that's very disappointing especially when you buy a luxury vehicle which you need to pay costly price for the 2nd key out of your pocket. I'm giving 1 star review as for the ignore and poor customer service of the manager. More
