If I could rate this dump ZERO stars I would! ! Any good review about this xxxx show of a dealership is clearly someone who works there, I bought a car from there just to give them a shot and ende ! Any good review about this xxxx show of a dealership is clearly someone who works there, I bought a car from there just to give them a shot and ended up paying more than the advertised and promised price that a salesman gave me over his own email and a xxxxxxxx extended warranty that my dad got tricked into buying and of course was never needed once. I even took my car there for service where I was overcharged by $2000, now the check engine light came on because of a simple sensor which shouldn't have been more than a couple hundred. My dad has been using my car and said he'd pay for it that's the ONLY REASON I went back so they make me sign a paper for xxxxxxxx work (when they say you're due for you whatever mileage service haha aka xxxxxxxx) that cost almost $800 that I didn't even need and then call me the next day saying my car was leaking oil when it never did once and multiple other problems and my bill was now $3500!! I laughed at him and said go xxxx yourself I talked to many people who worked there and said they quit cuz of the shady business done over and over. I have names and started to name each employee and the guy got so mad and xxxxxxxx he said fine we didn't do that extra work you can come get your car. So he lied a few times to me and got mad because I'm not an idiot and know how shady they are, he expected me to believe his lie and actually pay almost 4K!!! I wouldnt be surprised if they literally did nothing to my car since the check engine light is still on and absolutely nothing was fixed. This is how they treat their repeat customers I hope the place burns to the ground, believe every negative review chances are their experience was even worse than they say!!! More

Terrible place. Firstly, we went there mid-March and when we got in, no agent came up to assist us. Those who didn't have any customers were just on their phones. We had to ask an agent if they were "available" before getting attended to. Second, they say the car you were looking for is available and entice you further by offering a test drive. When you get back to the agent's table to discuss details, the car apparently was "already sold 30mins ago." They would then offer to sell the more expensive ones as those are in hand. The tactics are too obvious. Lastly, they are quick to get your 1k deposit for the reservation and assure you the refund can be done quick in case you change your mind. NOT!! I had to email, call, and text the agent (Franklin) several times in a span of around 3-4 weeks with him barely responding and not even processing the refund at all. Had to speak to a manager to get some progess with the refund which I got back almost a month after. Overall, TERRIBLE PLACE to go get a car based on my experience. More

I recently purchased an electric vehicle (bz4x) from them and was given inaccurate information regarding the time it takes to fully charge the vehicle. First, my vehicle was handed to me not fully charged because they didn’t want me waiting any longer after spending over 4 hours waiting around on a bunch of employees who are just standing around having inappropriate conversations in front of customers instead of actually working and helping their customers. That should have been my first red flag. I was told it takes up to an hour to fully charge the vehicle which is not accurate. My first charge at a level 1/DC station said it would take over 5 hours to fully charge my vehicle. I paid approximately $15 to only charge it at 30%. I went to a different charging station and it took over 6 hours to charge. I was told that this is “normal” for the first charge. Second charge came, and it took the same amount of time. I kept calling the dealership to get information about the return/exchange policy - zero response. In fact, the ineffective staff they have working at the front desk kept hanging up or dropping the calls every time I asked to speak to a manager. I asked my sales person to please have someone from management return my call and assist - nothing! I kept calling the dealership and finally got someone who was useful and helpful (Juana). She took my information and contact number and said a manager would call me within 30 minutes - nothing! The next day an employee sent me an email asking me about my recent purchase and to give feedback (Maria). I told her how dissatisfied I was with the lack of honesty and transparency provided before making my purchase, provided my contact again and asked to speak to a manager. She responded that I would hear from a supervisor by end of day - nothing! I went in person to the dealership to speak to someone and was quickly told to come the next day. When I refused, they said to wait for a manager. A manager finally came and I explained my concerns with my purchase and ineffective customer service provided. All I had been asking for an entire week was to be provided with their return/exchange policy. The manager went to speak to his supervisor and came back in less than 5 minutes to say there was nothing they could do and that I waited too long. I explained that I had been trying to get a hold of someone all week with no result. I explained that I had emails and text message of my attempts to try to get assistance but was dismissed. The response was the same—“there’s nothing we can do.” I will never purchase another Toyota again especially from this location. The level of disrespect and lack of care for customers is unacceptable! Never again. More
