I was wrongly informed that there was a zero % interest financing offer on Toyota Corolla 2007 offered in November 2006. Two persons were involved in this false offer: (1) Mr. Antonio, a sales representati financing offer on Toyota Corolla 2007 offered in November 2006. Two persons were involved in this false offer: (1) Mr. Antonio, a sales representative at that time, and (2) Mr. Angelo, the Sales Manager. Actually there was never such an offer on this model, as informed by a finance manager later. Because of their false and non-existant offer, I was tempted to buy the car, though I had another car. When I got the detailed documents, there was no mention at all of the zero % financing offer, and I was charged at 9.7 % interest rate. I had no other go except to refinance the car that I bought from the Toyota Universe. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealer to any of my friends for buying a new car. More
This dealership epitimizes everything that is unpleasant about buying a car. They try every trick in the book to take advantage of you. It's offensive and insulting. They offered me $5000 for my trade-in about buying a car. They try every trick in the book to take advantage of you. It's offensive and insulting. They offered me $5000 for my trade-in which is a 3 year old car that is still under warranty and has a blue book value of $13k. Just to see if I was an idiot and would take it. I wouldn't set foot in this dealership if they were the last place on earth I could buy a car. More
They charged me for a car with all the features I wanted, but gave me a car with less features. They did this whole song and dance about adding the feature in, but finally after a month, they said they coul but gave me a car with less features. They wouldn't take the car back and kept pushing their cost as a refund for the features the car didn't have. Finally after getting the state attorney general after them, they settled on a refund which was minimally fair. Unless you love headaches and don't want what you ask for, don't go there. More
I Purchased a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Toyota Universe 2 weeks ago. The Salesman Lamont was Very Informative and treated me more like a friend than a customer and He listened Very Well. I wanted to Buy a 2 weeks ago. The Salesman Lamont was Very Informative and treated me more like a friend than a customer and He listened Very Well. I wanted to Buy a Highlander with Leather and Navigation in a color that wasn't available (Trust me I shopped around) Lamont Informed me that I could Put in Custom Leather and Navigation at the Dealership AND that they would pick the car up from my house install everything in one day AND deliver it in the evening. He Intoroduced me to the Managers and also Showed me the service department. I bought the Car and went home to look online to see If I really got a good Deal and I did.I saved over $3716!!! They picked up the car @ 8:30 am on monday morning and delivered it @ 6pm with the laether and Navigaion unit installed. Then Lamont showed me that they Had also given me a Backup Camera Included with The Navigation And Heat built into the leather seats. Needless to say I Was Excited. I saved over $3700 and they Delivered My car to me. THEN he sends me a card thanking me for the Purchase and sends me a coupon for a free oil change. I really feel Lamont went Above and Beyond and I wanted to Let Everyone know. Thank you Lamont for making my experience fun & painless...lol More

Needed a spare ignition key (with an embedded security chip) for a used Highlander I just bought privately. Morristown Toyota (who has serviced my Toyotas until now), and Towne Toyota (from whom I bought chip) for a used Highlander I just bought privately. Morristown Toyota (who has serviced my Toyotas until now), and Towne Toyota (from whom I bought a new car recently) wanted $49 for the key and $90+ to program it. It was almost impossible to explain to the service rep at Morristown that I only needed a key - she insisted that I needed new transmitters as well and that they would have to take the dashboard apart to program everything!!! Ernie at Ciasulli - who doesn't know me at all - understood immediately what I needed and quoted $50 for the key, including programming. CIASULLI will get my business from now on! More

Pushed me to leave with the car the same day and 2 months later, I still dont have my plates OR FINANCING!! HORRIBLE!!! After they are all over you for the sale, after the sale they fall off the face of the earth!!! The salespeople are just sweet-talkers. Jose, the finance consultant is an idiot, barely can speak english. Tyrone, nice guy but just concerned about making money! DO NOT RECCOMEND DO NOT COME HERE! More
This was an unpleasant experience from the second I signed the paperwork. All accessories were not and still have not been provided and money will not be refunded. It has now been six months. Also after signing the paperwork salesperson requested a greater deposit than was originally requested. Every person that I dealt with was rude extremely unprofessional. I do not reccommend this dealer to anyone as this was a tremendous headache. I feel that I did not get to enjoy my car the I wouldve liked if the experience had been better. More

I went to this dealership some time last year when i was purchasing a car...The salesperson was very pushy and was hitting on me the entire time!! When i told him that i wasnt satisfied with the price he was giving me on the car, he got upset and told ME that i wasted HIS time! I didnt think he was very professional and decided not to buy a car from him and i left it at that. However, he continued to call me on my cell phone and house phone for several weeks! I avoided his calls but he caught me one day at my house...when i spoke to him, he called to ask me out to dinner!!!! He used my information for his personal use!! A few months ago i encountered another problem with this dealership..i cosigned a car for my boyfriend and lets just say we were lied to over and over again! We paid for certain features and have yet to have them installed in the car! its impossible to get through to anyone there because they always give us the run around............PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!
