Hurricane Irene destroyed our two family cars in end of august. Me and my wife were in market for two new vehicles and wanted to stick with Toyota. We bought one of the cars from Caldwell Toyota which is n august. Me and my wife were in market for two new vehicles and wanted to stick with Toyota. We bought one of the cars from Caldwell Toyota which is near our house. It was a complete disaster and they delivered us the car in 3 days. For our other car we shopped around and wanted to wait for new camry to roll out. Thomas worked with us and told us the exact dates for the new camry actual dealership launch. Kept us posted and got us what we wanted. Best thing I liked about him was he was not pushy at all and was very professional unlike many other car salespersons I have met in past. We were in and out of dealership with our new car within a hour. Best car buying experience ever. Will buy again from Thomas and Toyota universe if I buy a Toyota. 5 stars for salesperson and dealership. More

I hate dealing with car salesman because normally they are really sketchy and hover over you and just seem really pushy. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the friendly face of Pete Petro are really sketchy and hover over you and just seem really pushy. He shook my hand, advised me on the pertinent details of each car I was interested in and he seemed very laid back and easy to talk to...like I was treated in more of a friends and family oriented way instead of it feeling like a buisness deal. There was absoultley no pressure anytime during my visit and im surely in love with my truck <3 .
