Buying a car is nerve-racking. Working with the employees here made it extremely painless. they were very accommodating and easy to work with. the service department is one like no other, my kids were able t here made it extremely painless. they were very accommodating and easy to work with. the service department is one like no other, my kids were able to be kept occupied while i negotiated a deal with there video games popcorn and playground. there were plenty of other toyota dealerships to choose from but Toyota Universe stood alone. I would like to start off by saying I really didnt have any intentions on purchasing a new vehicle. I went to get a good idea of what I may be looking at as new pricing. Once I walked in the door I was gre any intentions on purchasing a new vehicle. I went to get a good idea of what I may be looking at as new pricing. Once I walked in the door I was greeted by a very nice young lady who got me a salesperson right away. He was not one of those high pressure salespeople. He answered all my questions about the car and was more then helpfull. At this point he really has my interest so I go back inside to see what the numbers are going to be. This is normally where I get really nervous....Angelo sat me down at his desk I gave him all my information and once he ran off with my trade in his manager Jesse came over and sat down with me to make sure that Angelo was doing a great job and to see if I had any questions. I couldnt help but ask him about the price since he was sitting with me already. When I told him what I wanted to pay and he got me within $12 of what I was paying on my old car I was amazed. It was a joy to purchase from both Angelo and Jesse I would feel comfortable sending everyone I know to deal with them. They are now my car guys!!!!! Mary Jane More
OK I dont like shopping for cars. AT ALL!!! i hate dealing with sneaky salespeople. And i hate dealing with back and forth style of negotiating. Until i walked into toyota universe. I sat down with salesperson named angelo, right away he went to work to find out what my needs and wants were and act. pointed me to the exact vehicle i wanted.... no hassle. THen when it came to working numbers he allowed me to make my offer and did whatever he can to get me the deal i wanted, so did his manager jesse. I act felt like the salesman was on MY SIDE for once. We were very close on the numbers, and angelo used his family discount card in order to get me the deal that i asked for. The whole process of finding the car and negotiating was less than an hour, there was very little back n forth and the salesman and manger were very up front with me. They event got me a discount with my insurance company!! I have to say this was one of the only EXCELLENT experiences i had buying a car, and i have bought many cars in my day. thanks again toyota universe, i hope angelo and jesse get to read this More
Toyota universe has been the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. today I needed to visit Toyota Universe for repairs and concerns for my vehicle. As I drove into the service area I was greated by a young lady who was very helpful, and listened intently to issues I had. concerns for my vehicle. As I drove into the service area I was greated by a young lady who was very helpful, and listened intently to issues I had. After the service department took my vehicle I was then brought into the service waiting area where I was able to get a cup of coffee watch some TV and relax with a newspaper for a short while. I found the service area to be very clean. In less than 1 hour my vehicle was fixed and washed. I just want to take a minute to thank that young lady who made me feel welcome. I would highly recomend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you Rita for making my experience a good one. More
Great place. Friendly environment. Worked with Matt from the Internet Department. Everything went smoothly from walking through the door to walking out with my brand new Corolla! I went to Toyota Universe looking for a new Camry and Armond was my salesman. The help I recieved from him was exactly what I look for when buying a car. at first they couldn't even find the key for the test drive ....Would not honor the internet price...added bogus fees of $800 internet fee plus 800 for delivery ( a used car mind you)...very unpleasant h drive ....Would not honor the internet price...added bogus fees of $800 internet fee plus 800 for delivery ( a used car mind you)...very unpleasant hard sell with 3 salesmen including Taz.... a terrible experience.....I will never go back... tried to steer me into shopping by payment....TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE More
I didn't think anyone else could help me as I've already been to another dealership and had a bad experience. I made an appointment to see a RAV4 over the phone and they even had one outside waiting for me been to another dealership and had a bad experience. I made an appointment to see a RAV4 over the phone and they even had one outside waiting for me to test drive. I as impressed by this gesture. I spoke with Alan gram who is very good salesman. The sales process was easy and they did not try to haggle me. it has been some time since I had a pleasurable experience at a dealeship. I took my RAV4 that same day and even had a cup of coffee with Paul the service manager. I can honestly say I had a good experience here nd will recommend my colleages and family to Alan. I don't understand how people here are having such terrible experiences because mine was the complete opposite. give Alan a try More
