When you call these managers and leave messages to have them call you back, they NEVER do. Promises to fix damage to vehicle NEVER get done even after FOUR WEEKS have gone by. when i first walked into toyota universe i was a little negative about the whole thing because i didnt know if theyll be table to help me. when i drove away in my new car i was extremly happy and satisfied negative about the whole thing because i didnt know if theyll be table to help me. when i drove away in my new car i was extremly happy and satisfied with toyota. the service was excelent! the lady in finance was very nice and explained everything i was signing. i do have to express my content and satisfaction with juan. he has kept in touch after the purchase to make sure im ok. while i wad at the dealer he was really nice and answered all my questions about the car i was buying. im happy with the overall experience. thank you toyota. My salesman, Luis Gomes, was not pushy like most salespeople and was very informative in helping me decide which car to get. His manager, Angelo Galvez, was also extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! I felt like I was getting extraordinary attention and service during my car purchase and even after. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family =) More
I went to the dealership to purchased a camry. My previus experienced at other dealerships where ok, what i mean after i purchased the car it was over no more salesperson to help. however with my salesperson experienced at other dealerships where ok, what i mean after i purchased the car it was over no more salesperson to help. however with my salesperson Thomas it is diferent he made my expierence superberb, he follow the whole process vehicle selection, fiance, mv work(he made sure my plates got to me on time), he made sure my first statement was on time, he schedule my first service appoinment and he was in the service department with me to help me with the process. Rita was thorough in ordering the parts and waiting to set an appointment until all the parts arrived and accommadated me with a ride, personally when I got there because ordering the parts and waiting to set an appointment until all the parts arrived and accommadated me with a ride, personally when I got there because the shuttle van was tied up at that time. I have been to Toyota years ago and the place seems to be changing. I was reluctant to deal with the new personnel that I didn't recognize, but they seem very professional. When my car was finished, they picked me up and the service advisor explained all that was done to my car. Also, the hours are extended until late night, which is a big plus. More
I've bought my 2006 Sienna from this dealer and go for maintenance on a regular basis. yesterday I reached there at 9.18 am. by the time the service provider printed everything and got my signs, it was 11 maintenance on a regular basis. yesterday I reached there at 9.18 am. by the time the service provider printed everything and got my signs, it was 11 am. this place don't have enough people to take care of customers. that's why it always takes 4 hrs to finish the job and the money they charge, is ridiculous. I end up spending 500 $ every time I go. for a 4 year old car. I'm very unhappy with the service and the expenses with this dealership. More
I recommend this dealership because my wife and I recieved better than outstanding, Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Price, Overall Experience than the other 25 Toyota Dealership that recieved better than outstanding, Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Price, Overall Experience than the other 25 Toyota Dealership that we visited in search for our used car. Very happy with car, but customer service is absolutely terrible! First, it took an entire day to buy a car there! They agreed to the one thing I wanted in the contract which was a monthly payment under a terrible! First, it took an entire day to buy a car there! They agreed to the one thing I wanted in the contract which was a monthly payment under a certain amount, but when when everything was done, the monthly payment was way over what we agreed. The finance manager led me to believe I could lower it later by canceling certain add-ons that I had foolishly let them talk me into and I was so frigging tired, I just wanted to go home, so did. Lies, lies, all lies. Of course it doesn't work that way. I returned to the dealer to find out my finance manager had been fired (guess why)! It took a month but finally they redid the contract with a lower payment. Even tho they ended up making more money not less, they acted like they were doing me a huge and unusual favor, for which I should be forever grateful. They did tell me it could take a while for the new contract to be processed, and if I got bills on the old contract in the meantime to just ignore them. I followed this advice. BIG mistake. To make a long horrible story short, "somehow", the new contract didn't get processed for another month and I ended up with a DEFAULT notice on my credit report. There is a way to get it removed, but I don't think I'm going to live that long. Meanwhile, this whole time I am trying to get the dealership to CLEAN the car! It was so dark when I took posession, I failed to notice the upholstery & carpet were stained, plus I found pieces of baby toys under the seats etc. Let's just say, after 2 months, they wore me out and it never happened. But that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I decided I didn't want anything to do with this Toyota dealership or the finance company, so I refinanced. I needed just a couple of pieces of information from the dealer in order to complete the transaction. For 2 weeks, I called and called and called--never got thru to anyone who could help me & none of my messages over 2 weeks were ever returned. Why am I not surprised? The good news is I was able to refinance with AAA-- got a much better deal and they were a JOY to work with. Do yourself a favor: stay away from Toyota Universe and save yourself a world of trouble. After submitting my information I received a few emails from Alan asking me to contact him. My emails went unanswered and I then called. First off I could barely understand the person who picked up the phone and they told me he was off that day. I called the next day and again could not understand the person who answered the phone. They said told me he was with another customer. They took down my information and said he would call me back. Hours went by, so I called back and again he was with a customer. I explained that this is the 2nd time calling back and that he was with a customer last time I called and I haven't heard back from him. Well it was a mirical because he just finished up and he would call me back. 5 minutes later he called me back and I explained who I was and that he had emailed me about the vehicle. He had no idea who I was and had to tell him the vehicle I was looking for. Said he would look up the vehicle to locate one and that he would call me back (this was Friday). The AAA suto buying program looks at dealers who have the vehicle so I new they had the one I wanted. I called back on Monday morning, guess what? He was on vacation all that week. Pretty nice Alan, nice of you to leave me in the dark! I hope your GM Ralph Colon gets a chance to read this. Your unorganization or lack of professionalism lost you a deal! I read the other posts prior to contacting your dealership and just thought it was non sense but I can see why other complain. I am just glad I didn't step into your dealership. I wasted enough time on email and on the phone with you! More
