I was looking for a newer Tacoma with low mileage and a 4 cylinder and they had one on their site. I had a Tundra which I`d been very happy with but the gas mileage was not that great. I called to see if it were still available and it was. My wife and I drove down and met with Peter the salesperson. In dealing with him, I felt that he was honest and forthcoming. We struck a deal for my trade-in and the Tacoma. What I was even more impressed with was that even after the deal was signed and I got my truck, a couple of minor mishaps happened with it that he took care of right away with it. And he really didn`t have to. Also, he called later on after a few days after purchase just to check how things were going with the vehicle. I can`t recommend Peter enough. Would deal with him and ToyotaUniverse again in a second and have already recommended them to family. Also, we love the new truck! More

Based on my experience, I would recommend you stay far away from this dealer. I bought a used Corolla earlier this year only to discover the next day it was missing an important safety feature that should away from this dealer. This missing part was of course not pointed out by the salesman. My attempts to resolve my dispute with the dealer have been futile. They give you lots of promises, but they are just lies and they have no intention of taking care of customers once they have the customer's money. Very dishonest dealer! I wonder if the positive ratings in this forum are genuine. Notice that this dealer does not cooperative with dealerrater.com or the better business bureau. That tells you all you need to know about their reputation! Again, stay away! More

I purchased the 2011 Avalon from Mr. Braddock and all I can say is that he is undoubtedly the most professional gentleman that I have ever purchased a car from.
