Mr. Martinez's customer service skills were exceptional; he was personable, approachable, and a delight to work with. The first time I took the car to this place for a 15000 mile service, I open the hood to check and find the engine coolant level below the min level in spite of me mentioning that when I dropped it off. I inspect the car and find that the retractable antenna was bent. They had a free car wash deal with every service and the guy ran it through the wash with the retractable antenna up, causing it to bend. They eventually replaced it after I had to argue with them. Result, bent antenna which would not completely retract when the car is turned off for a week. Waste of time having to go there again to get it fixed. The next time I went there for a rattling noise I was getting from the right side firewall area, it was a complete mess. I had an appointment at 3:00 PM. The guy rings me up and I'm waiting.. I see the car parked in the outside until 4:30 PM when the technician took it for a test drive. At 5:30 the service manager comes to me and tells me that the problem was found and they are almost done fixing it, and it will be $130 for the basic 1.5 hr diagnosis and $90 for the additional hr. When I asked him why I had to pay for the time the car was just sitting in the parking lot, he said he needs to talk to the manager. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They eventually took it off, but the intention to cheat and rip off un-noticing customers... F'ed up... And guess what, the rattling sound is back in 3 days, so I drive back there and they tell me I need to make an appointment. SERIOUSLY!! Never going back there. They are just a bunch of scum bags. More

He had my chosen vehicle serviced to me" car!! My, salesman, Mr. Remington Braddock was positive & understanding of my wariness in buying a used car. He had my chosen vehicle serviced, prepped, paperwork done & I drove away from the dealership in my newly acquired vehicle, the same day! Mr. Braddock was very professional & helped me to get over my wariness of dealerships. When I decide to acquire another vehicle, preferably a new one, I will definitely come back to Toyota Universe & hope to find Mr. Braddock still there to assist me in another pleasureable purchase! More
