Randy Juba was a great Sales person who helped us with what we were looking for. He called and emailed with in 10 min. of an internet inquery. Jessenia Sanchez, was my sales person and she was awesome!! She was energetic, enthusiastic, willing to please and knew what I was looking for once I explained what I was interested in. I would have to say my experience at Toyota Universe was one of the most pleasureable and stress free experiences I have had.
