Adrian was the best salesperson I could have found. Since the beginning he said I was going to walk out with a car and he wasn't wrong. He made it more than a challenge to find me the best car with all my ne the beginning he said I was going to walk out with a car and he wasn't wrong. He made it more than a challenge to find me the best car with all my needs and even helped me with my trade-in. From mileage to price he made sure I was sure of the deal I was making and never pushed me to make it without thinking of me before hand. He found me the best deal and never hide me anything. He showed me all my options and made sure I was aware of all the buying process. I am so happy I crossed paths with him. Adrian was very friendly and dedicated to his job,which was solely finding me a car. Everyone on the dealership were very helpful but Adrian really worked for me; as all salesperson should work to the customer and not just for commissions or money. I would and already recommended Adrian to friends and family and I know they will love to work with him as much as I did. If you want to get a car and don't know where to get it or who can really help you; your best bet will always be Adrian Martinez at Toyota Universe. More

that was my first experience at Toyota Universe.I believe its became once in a life time shopping experience for me .Starts from front desk to salesman's,sales manager to finance manager everybody believe its became once in a life time shopping experience for me .Starts from front desk to salesman's,sales manager to finance manager everybody who works over there is so friendly,peaceful and respectful.when i was step in with my work clothes and work boots i thought dealers going to ignore me because of my look and broken English but no ignorance what so ever.they tread me like a business man even i was going to buy cheapest used car on their lot.so i recomend this place anybody who is going to buy Toyota.A specially five star dealer Steven Kalas. I went in to buy a Toyota Sienna, and Mark helped me find the van of my dreams! I have owned my Sienna for almost 2 months now & I don't regret it. The employees at Toyota Universe make you feel like you're one of the family. Starting with the courteous and smiling receptionists, throughout the sales process and all the way to the delivery of the you're one of the family. Starting with the courteous and smiling receptionists, throughout the sales process and all the way to the delivery of the vehicle, it was a pleasurable experience during a time that can be frustrating and hectic. I have just purchased my second vehicle from Toyota Universe in less than six months. My wife needed a new minivan in March and Randy Juba took the time to explain the options, walk us through the inventory on the property, test drive various models and help us get through the purchase of the new Sienna. We recently vacationed in Hershey Park PA and Niagara Falls Canada which caused us to drive for over 20 hours. The ride was comfortable and uneventful. Just last week I purchased a new Camry from the same dealer and happily had a very similar experience. Randy again worked with me to get the vehicle I needed with the options I requested in the price range I could afford. The dealership employees are more like a family. They understand what you're feeling about purchasing a new vehicle and how you might be unsure about your decisions. I never felt forced or tricked into making a quick decision. I could talk freely with Randy and he gave me the room and time before I eventually made the purchase. More than that; so many follow-up calls ensued to ensure that the vehicles were performing as expected and that no problems or disappointments were experienced. Before each vehicle left the dealership, the customer service team cleaned them inside and out and the gas tank, as well as, all the fluids were checked and filled. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with our new vehicles and the Toyota Universe experience. More

Peter is the best; he was very helpful picking me out my first new car. I loved working with him he went above the rate of just being a sales person but a friend too. Adrian Martinez was an excellent sales man. He respected my needs in a used car, taking into account price, size, gas mileage, and comfort, and worked to find me the best car. Mr. Martinez walked me thru the whole car buying process, from start to finish, with patience, as I had alot of questions since it was my first car purchase. When you go Toyota Universe, do yourself a favor and ask for Giuseppe in sales. After weeks of looking, we walked in there at 7:30 the other night and saw a car we liked right away. He was a no nonsense guy who earned the trust of my girlfriend right away. He got right to the point and really worked to meet our end goal.
