Adrian have been assigned to help us by a Manager, we did not know him. We do not like pushy, know it all, the only authority people, so we were skeptical. To our surprise he was non of that, regular, friend not know him. We do not like pushy, know it all, the only authority people, so we were skeptical. To our surprise he was non of that, regular, friendly person, that was trying his best to help us. We were not even sure that we want to buy car that day, "we were just looking". He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and help full, and we have bought the car that day (8/26/2011), and we are great full to him only. This dealer is not the push push sleazy kind that practices deceptive tricks to get you to buy. Everyone is friendly. The sales consultant that attended to me (Peter) was very helpful. I had to quickly replace a car totaled by my insurance company so my budget was limited and tight. Omar showed me car types I expressed interest in and in my range. He did not waste my time. I felt he was honest, sincere, and fair and he explained everything to me. The manager stopped playing the price game when he understood my situation and I got the car for the price I needed. Omar was so helpful he even returned my rental car for me... and politely declined my offer to buy him dinner afterwards. ASK FOR OMAR!! More
