Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He was patient and willing to answer all our questions. I bought my new Toyota from Toyota Universe. I was extremly nervous, but from the second I walked into the showroom I was totally surprised. Luis was a great salesman!!!!!! I was never pressured into extremly nervous, but from the second I walked into the showroom I was totally surprised. Luis was a great salesman!!!!!! I was never pressured into buying or committing. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze and everything was explained to me so that I was able to understand what I was signing. I got a great financing program, and couldn't love my car more. Shopping at Toyota Universe was the total opposite experience of car buying at a dealership that I was expecting. I will always refer my friends and family here, because they truly have the best service and provide the best experience out there. Thank you so much Luis for your help. More

Overall, Jimmy was extremely pleasant to work with and we had a really good experience with him. We did however have a poor experience with the financing manager. Hurricane Irene destroyed our two family cars in end of august. Me and my wife were in market for two new vehicles and wanted to stick with Toyota. We bought one of the cars from Caldwell Toyota which is n august. Me and my wife were in market for two new vehicles and wanted to stick with Toyota. We bought one of the cars from Caldwell Toyota which is near our house. It was a complete disaster and they delivered us the car in 3 days. For our other car we shopped around and wanted to wait for new camry to roll out. Thomas worked with us and told us the exact dates for the new camry actual dealership launch. Kept us posted and got us what we wanted. Best thing I liked about him was he was not pushy at all and was very professional unlike many other car salespersons I have met in past. We were in and out of dealership with our new car within a hour. Best car buying experience ever. Will buy again from Thomas and Toyota universe if I buy a Toyota. 5 stars for salesperson and dealership. More

My overall experience at Toyota Universe was surely a great one, I originally visited Toyota Universe to look at the new Toyota Highlander , but unfourtunatley that vehicle just didnt suit me .My sales c great one, I originally visited Toyota Universe to look at the new Toyota Highlander , but unfourtunatley that vehicle just didnt suit me .My sales consultant Danielle Woolverton helped me out tremendously to find the vehicle the best suit me ,my practically brand new 2010 jeep wrangler ! There was absoultley no pressure anytime during my visit and im surely in love with my truck <3 . Nick Bellomo (danielle's sales manger) really helped seal the deal when he had sat down & spoke to me about my credit & how my overall finance would work. I hate dealing with car salesman because normally they are really sketchy and hover over you and just seem really pushy. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the friendly face of Pete Petro are really sketchy and hover over you and just seem really pushy. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the friendly face of Pete Petronaci. He shook my hand, advised me on the pertinent details of each car I was interested in and he seemed very laid back and easy to talk to...like I was treated in more of a friends and family oriented way instead of it feeling like a buisness deal.
