I bought my new Toyota from Toyota Universe. I was extremly nervous, but from the second I walked into the showroom I was totally surprised. Luis was a great salesman!!!!!! Filling out the paperwork was a breeze and everything was explained to me so that I was able to understand what I was signing. I got a great financing program, and couldn't love my car more. Shopping at Toyota Universe was the total opposite experience of car buying at a dealership that I was expecting.
