My wife and I walked into Toyota Universe this past Thursday and were lucky to work with Peter in picking out our first new car. Peter took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then spent Thursday and were lucky to work with Peter in picking out our first new car. I was visiting the area and called your dealership to make some inquiries about purchasing a new car. I spoke with Peter several times on the phone. He was always helpful, and set up a time for me to c make some inquiries about purchasing a new car. I spoke with Peter several times on the phone. I have visited all the Toyota dealerships within 25 miles from Teaneck,NJ (even in NY) and have had mostly the same experiences.However,upon walking into Toyota Universe and meeting Remy B.,it all changed. I from Teaneck,NJ (even in NY) and have had mostly the same experiences.However,upon walking into Toyota Universe and meeting Remy B.,it all changed. It became a more personal&intimiate encounter than all the other places.Now it felt like this was the place to buy my '12 Camry and it was because Remy was so inviting and informative. He assured me that Toyota Universe has a world-class service facilitiy and puts their customers first.After the holidays,i will be back to see Remy and hopefully drive away in my '12 Camry from Toyota Universe! Adrian gave me incredible customer service. He was very upfront, articulate, and honest when he was dealing with me and put me at ease in a way that most typical salesman just do not. After going to 5 deal upfront, articulate, and honest when he was dealing with me and put me at ease in a way that most typical salesman just do not. After going to 5 dealerships in one day on Black Friday, I would say that hands down, Adrian was my best, friendliest, and most informative salesperson experience. Unfortunately, I decided on a different make and model other than the Toyota I was looking at, although I felt compelled to at least share my great Toyota Universe experience with Adrian. If you need a Toyota in NJ, he is your man! He got jokes too. More
