My credit is not to good.So i thought it would be hard to shop for a car. The process was easy!..Sammy really helped me out with everything...especially me being nervous about my credit situation but it turned out good after all! Sammy has excellent customer service skills...i hope to come back to Toyota universe in the future and hopefully purchase a new car..hope to work with Sammy again...thank you! More

I got a great deal and an incredible trade-in offer that I know I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. My business was certainly earned! I rated the overall experience as good rather than great because my experience was not pleasant at the first contact, I was received and treated very well to excellent by Mr. Kalas, while negotiating the de because my experience was not pleasant at the first contact, I was received and treated very well to excellent by Mr. Kalas, while negotiating the deal on the new vehicle; however at the moment of closing the deal, the sales manager a man by the name "Manny" showed up and was very grandiose to himself, acting and speaking rude to his own co-worker Mr. Kalas, Manny humiliated and disrespected Mr Kalas in front of me, a customer buying or negotiating a deal. I suggest Mr. Manny to take sensitivity training in regard to how to treat not only consumers but co-workers which is as well as important to run successful business, I had the impression Mr. Kalas has been tolerating Manny negative attitude for quite a while and is not nice to work in a hostile environment. I walk away that night, i did not buy the car, I went shopping around two other places, but finally after Mr. Kalas follow up phone calls,I returned just because of Mr Kalas patience and humbleness. In general was a great experience but unpleasant at that moment because reprimanding employees in front of costumers is under any circumstances not appropriate and violates the human rights and dignity. I first walked into Toyota Universe nervous because I had never bought a car before. I was greeted politely by Danielle Woolverton, who was the sales associate that helped me. MY MOM WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A TOYOTA RAV 4. WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I MET WITH A SALESPERSON NAMED SAMMY. HE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED.
