I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received at Toyota Universe. Giuseppe was the salesman that leased a 2012 Camry LE to me. I told him the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he kep at Toyota Universe. Giuseppe was the salesman that leased a 2012 Camry LE to me. I told him the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he kept me within my style and budget. He was also very clear and knowledgeable about all things Toyota so I was comfortable asking the questions I needed answered about Leasing one. I left the dealership feeling good about the purchase I made instead having to wonder if I made the right decision. I love the car. More

My credit is not to good.So i thought it would be hard to shop for a car. I heard about Toyota universe through a friend. i called and spoke with Sammy...i explained to him about my situation and he said it shop for a car. I heard about Toyota universe through a friend. i called and spoke with Sammy...i explained to him about my situation and he said it would not be a problem.I went and met with Sammy I was interested in a nice preowned car...saw a 2005 chevy malibu and wanted it immediately. The process was easy!..Sammy really helped me out with everything...especially me being nervous about my credit situation but it turned out good after all! Sammy has excellent customer service skills...i hope to come back to Toyota universe in the future and hopefully purchase a new car..hope to work with Sammy again...thank you! More

I got a great deal and an incredible trade-in offer that I know I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. My business was certainly earned!
