I bought my 2008 Solara convertible here and have been coming back for my regular service as needed. Just recently my rear defogger stopped working and I was told I needed a new convertible roof due to t coming back for my regular service as needed. Just recently my rear defogger stopped working and I was told I needed a new convertible roof due to the back window being sewn in. I stopes d off the car to have the warranty company look at it (since it was 3 weeks since my bumper to bumper expired). Shawn called me when it was approved and told me to bring it in and it could take about a week, they gave me a loaner ( cute little carolla). A week later it was done, inspected and they cleaned the car inside and out. I aml going to be looking for a certified pre owned vehicle for my daughter in the spring and will definitely go to toyota universe first. To me price is important but service is just as important.
