Luis asked me how Absolutely not recommend this unreliable dealership!!!!! 5/16/12 Today I recieved a phone call from Luis Alvarado sales person. Luis asked me how was my 2010 Toyota Corolla S that I leased on July 2010 with him. I said everything was well. He then started to make me an offer of swithching to a 2012 and I told him to stop. I explained to him that 3 weeks ago Jairo the sales manager had given me a call to make me an offer on switching a 2010 to a 2012 Corolla S. I told Jairo sounds good but I don't have any money to put down, I don't want my payments to go up and that my lease wasn't over until July of 2013. I also said I am happy with what I have now. Jairo said don't worry, "come we'll sit down and we'll match what you have now". I said if it was on those terms fine who wouldn't. I then went to Toyota and Jairo greeted me and told me Robert was going to take care of me. Robert took all my information down to talk to the finance department and comes back to tell me that it would be 270 a month. I quickly said noooooo! Jairo said he would have my monthly payment exact to what I'm paying now, with no money down. He then called Mr. Thomas Blankship to only restate that the payment was 270 and no less. I was really serious and upset and told them why did they bring in if they couldn't match what they originaly said. So he then tells me that the lowest would be 240 plus tax I said no. I can't not go higher than what I already pay. I left and that was the end. NOW, Luis after hearing all of this he tells me what if I could really make those number go down. I said no I don't think you can because they tried to bring them down and no where they couldn't. He said to hold on and he will talk to his manager, got back on the phone and stated to come in the payment would be $230 with the tax included and no money down. I hesitated still and said listen if I go there based on a lie I will be very mad, $2 more was really nothing much. He said perfect he'll have everthing ready and asked what color did I want my car. Got to the store to relive the same exact situation from 3 weeks ago. This time it was just pay for the taxes upfront and MVC fees. I was like wasn't I clear enough on the phone. So I leave again from Toyota based on a lie. I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can return my car and never again do business with Toyota Universe. No customer should go through what I went through. I have a life my time is very valuable. Super fustrated unhappy customer. Milly Friday 5/18/12 So Fiday 5/18/12 I got a voicemail message from Felipe the manager. His message was that he heard about what happened with my most recent visit at Toyota Universe. He stated that if I was still intrested in the Toyota Corrola S 2012 it will available for $230.00 for a monthly lease. This time it was for sure all I had to do is return the phone call to schedule an appt. to see him on Friday or Saturday. On Friday I called left a message and I got no call back. Saturday once again I call back and left a message with the receptionist and untill this day Tuesday 5/22/12 I havent received a phone call. Way to go Toyota Universe another lie! Got to you guys are really good at that. Oh well this time it was a waste of two phone calls. Please people dont waste your time with this dealership, not worth it al all! More

I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used or new car to not pass this dealership up. Ask for Omar when you get there. You will not be disappointed with the service or all around courtesy and friendless of him. More

We went to the dealership looking for a used car for a high school student after looking online at their website. We found several cars online that were within our price range and we decided to check it high school student after looking online at their website. After driving for 45 minutes, we arrived to find out that none of the cars that we had looked at on this dealership's specific website were there. After we left due to the fact that we could not find a reasonable price for a used car for a young driver, we looked on their website again. We found the same car that we tests drove and were going to purchase on thier website. However, the price online was about $9900 and when we went to the dealership, it was about $15,000 (both prices are without tax and other fees). the manager did not listen when we told him that we needed a price that was low and was disrepectful to my mother when we were talking price. They playd games with us for days to get us to come in and wasted our time and we will not be returning to this dealership for future purchases due to the games that they played and the outright lies that occurred when pricing vehicles online and at the store.
