I had really bad experience with this dealership. Their service department sucks. I went there for regular oil change service and one of their service guy came up to me and showed me someone eles's cabinet service department sucks. I went there for regular oil change service and one of their service guy came up to me and showed me someone eles's cabinet filter, which were dirty. I exactly remember changing my cabinet filters before going to the dealer ship. However; they said they were going to charge me 200 something dollars just for air filter and cabinet filter which cost me $20.00 outside and I changed it by my self. They are just ripping off the customers instead of helping them out. I take this very seriously, specially in this economy. They should do something about prices. I completely stop going to that dealership and now I go to the different one. The people over there are so friendly and they actually try to help you with your car problem. More

On April 21st I decided to go to Toyota Universe, was greeted at the front door by the receptionist, told her my lease was up in 2 weeks then was introduced to Jesse. I was interested in the RAV 4 then greeted at the front door by the receptionist, told her my lease was up in 2 weeks then was introduced to Jesse. I was interested in the RAV 4 then realized it was too small was about to leave when Jesse suggested a Venza. I took it for a test drive she explained all the features loved the AWD and the bluetooth decided to see what kind of price I can get. This was by far the best experience I had at any car dealer. The process didn't take 7 hours, was out the door in about 3 was very happy with the price. The closer was friendly not high pressure. Jesse did everything she could to help me with the the whole buying process. Looks like I found a toyota dealer that can offer great Toyota quality, service and price. Would recommend this dealer to anyone buying or leasing a Toyota. More
