Amazing experience!! I went into Toyota Universe looking for car and was helped my a young man named Erick Ruperto. He was VERY helpful and so sweet you wouldn't even imagine. He offered me and my family beverages and snacks and we got right to business. I leased a red Corolla Sport and let me just say I'm so happy with my purchase. Erick really seems to know what he's talking about and doesn't bs me like some other dealers I've dealt with... on top of everything he spoke Spanish as well ! so my parents didn't feel out of the loop, which was great. Will definitely be returning to him when my lease is up!! Go to buy a car with him. you won't be disappointed ! More

True customer service I came in with my husband and my three knuckle head kids. Met with a salesman by the name of Luther St.Elien. My kids are fairly young but loud and playful but while we were working out our deal. Luther seemed to multi task taking care of me and my husband with answering all of our questions. But he also offered my kids warm chocolate milk and popcorn to keep them tamed and when that time span was done he pulled out some games on his tablet to keep them busy. After stopping at Honda where they yelled at me to keep my kids in check. He was courteous to the entire family. If every business did that would b awesome. I love this dealership Luther Stelien was awesome he answered all of my questions. And was so accommodating to me and the rest of my family from start to finish.
