He was very patient and professional and showed me a couple of great new and used cars. He explained to all my easy basic questions. He showed me a couple of options. He even let me do 3 test drives and made sure for me to make the best decision. No pressure. No game. No BS. For a woman who doesn't know auto mobile so much, buying a car from car dealers/shops can be very intimidating experience. With Nobu-san, you don't need to worry about that nervousness. You are in the GOOD hands. Through this experience, I do know TOYOTA has not only GREAT cars but also THE BEST sales person, team and support. He helped us test-drive several models and narrowed down the best options (including financial options) for us. In the end, we decided to lease a brand new (2019) Toyota Mirai at a decent price. It fits perfectly to our situation as our aging power grid won't allow us to charge electric cars at home while there happens to be a hydrogen/gas station in our neighborhood.
