At first it seemed like an ordinary negotiation, but took a turn for the worst when we decided not to sign so we can look for a lower interest rate (current rate provided was 6.5% with a 730 fico), they let us take the car home and we noticed scratches externally, stains on the seats, features such as Wireless and voice speakers and both back tires being under the 4/32 thread- this is supposed to be a certified vehicle which the evening manager kept repeating. My wife called Vinod the next day to let him know we’re on our way and before she could tell him about the new interest rate from CapitalOne (2.99) he lashes out saying see I told you can’t find a lower rate because of your credit score. We were shocked to hear that and complained to Jude. Jude helped us calm down and continue the signing process, we also asked to get all issue resolved and while Vinod kept coming back and forth while signing which made things a little awkward as if he wanted to make sure we would not escalate to his management. We did get the back tires replaced but we had to escalate it to management and didn’t get a response until after a month, the used car tech (some grumpy old man) seemed not to happy on replacing it from the grumbling he kept making. Fast forward- It’s been 7 months since we’ve had the vehicle- the paint on the bumper is peeling off, we brought the car to Sunnyvale Toyota 5x to try to get the Voice speaker and wireless to work with no success, we finally brought it to Piercy Toyota and after 1 visit they were able to Fix it, not only that they included Applecarplay for free. Jude was awesome, but be wary of Vinod and the contract you sign, make sure they write everything that needs attention and don’t rely on their verbal agreement. I have 4 kids that will need a vehicle in the next months and we will definitely NOT be going to Sunnyvale Toyota used car dealership. More

Pretty awesome and patient people I worked with JJ on selling my corolla. I was in a difficult position when I was moving to a another state and had not receive my vehicle title yet. I had to sell the car or else incur another 1500 atleast to either take it with me, store it have it moved. JJ was very patient and told me not to worry and told me a away he could help. RAV4 Hybrid We went to Toyota Sunnyvale because they still had a ruby red pearl vehicle on their website. Kelvin Alarcon was the seller in turn. To our bad luck, We went to Toyota Sunnyvale because they still had a ruby red pearl vehicle on their website. Kelvin Alarcon was the seller in turn. To our bad luck, we were disappointed to learn that the RAV4 was sold the day before. But to make the story short, Kelvin went the extra mile and traced another ruby red at another dealership. After he and his manager negotiated a car trade with the other dealership, they proposed to purchase the new trade car. Needless to say, we took the opportunity.
