Recently bought a pre- owned vehicle (2012 C300) from their used lot, test drove/ put down $ and financed the rest. Next day the check engine light appeared. Texted King and Peter about the issue- they b their used lot, test drove/ put down $ and financed the rest. Next day the check engine light appeared. Texted King and Peter about the issue- they both replied quickly, brought the car back/gave me a free loaner-they'll take care of it after troubleshooting first. Third day they called back - issue found/fixed come pick it up (replaced ignition components). Car runs better now than my first day- N/C to me (bought as-is). Thanks KP and PM for your great customer service- and others who made it happen. Kudos to the ToyotaTeam Sunnyvale. More
