disappointed in the service this time.. I have always given 5 stars... but this time I was very disappointed because: My appointed service agent neglected to alert me that my car was ready. I spent an extra 2 hours in the waiting room ... No one came to the waiting room to tell me my car was ready. I brought my car in at 8 am and finally walked to the service office just before noon to find out what was taking so long. The service agent said that she had tried to call my cell phone at 9:30 AM... which did not happen.. she had called a phone number in OKLAHOMA which did not have voicemail set up.and gave up!..area code was wrong... misdialed! but worse than that.. she never came to the waiting room to find me... I had been sitting there all the time. I have come to expect very good service and a good follow-thru from the agents. Very upsetting! no apology given.. just excuse of "I called your cell" which wasn't even my # More
